Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
No Cancellation: Once registration is completed and the registration fee has been paid, the registration shall be considered final and cannot be cancelled.
No Refund: Registration fees once paid are strictly non-refundable, in whole or in part, irrespective of the reason for cancellation, non-attendance, or inability to participate in the conference.
Non-Transferable Registration: Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable. It cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted in favour of another person without prior written approval from the ISECTCON 2027 Organising Committee.
Conference Changes: In the event of any change in the conference programme, schedule, venue, or other arrangements due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organising Committee, such changes shall not automatically entitle a registered participant to a refund.
Force Majeure: The Organising Committee shall not be liable for any loss, expense, or claim arising from cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Organising Committee's Decision: Any matter concerning registration, cancellation, refund, transfer, or exceptional circumstances shall be subject to the decision of the ISECTCON 2027 Organising Committee, whose decision shall be final and binding.
